Veronica has worked with Flare International as counsel and advisor on select assignments for several year before stepping into a leadership role as CEO and Partner, working alongside Alex Bickel to guide the firm into its next chapter. A native of Switzerland, a Delegate of the Council of Swiss Citizens Abroad and the Vice Chair of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce SoCal. As a native of Switzerland and dual Swiss-US citizen, Veronica brings the international perspective, having lived and worked in both Switzerland and in Southern California since 1995.

Veronica holds a business degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Juris Doctor from UC Law San Francisco [VB1] (formerly UC Hastings). Licensed to practice law in California, Veronica has more than 20 years of direct management and consulting experience with Swiss SMEs operating in the U.S. Prior to founding her own law firm, she served as in-house counsel and a member of the executive team at the U.S. subsidiary of a Swiss medical device company, overseeing legal affairs, human
resources, and cross-border operations.
